When using our telephone support it is possible for you to speak directly with a person in our support team, who will do his best to service you.
If we are not able to connect you with the correct person at once, we will take your message and have one of our technicians call you back. If our technician is not able to answer your question at this point, we will make sure that you receive an answer not later than the next working day.
